According to this article this is what sumo wrestlers do to get fat :
Skip Breakfast – Depriving their bodies of food after 8 hours sleep keeps their metabolic rate lo’
Exercise on empty stomach – If their bodies have no food their metabolic thermostats is turned down lower to conserve fuel.
Take a nap – They sleep for 4 hours straight after eating
Eat late in the day. They go to bed with full stomachs which means that their body has to respond to a huge influx of nutrients with a rush of insulin, which forces the body to store energy as fat.
Always eat in social atmosphere. Researchers believe a meal eaten with others can be at least 44 percent larger and with 30 percent more calories and fat.
So does that mean if we do everything opposite to what they do we will get leaner ???
